COVID-19 Process When Selling Your Home

We can meet in person, on FaceTime or Zoom. I wear a mask, have you open doors and show me the house. It usually takes about an hour to go through the house. I bring comparable sales data and marketing plans to review. My goal is to give you a suggested list price before I leave.

We digitally sign a listing agreement on DocuSign.

Once you have selected an offer and we are in escrow, you will have a schedule of events like appraisal and any other inspections the buyer might like to do.

There is a mobile notary who will come to the property or can meet you anywhere you like (I have had the final signing on the hood of a car in a parking lot!). It takes about 20 minutes, you will need your legal ID and bank information for the deposit of proceeds.

The buyers agent will get the key out of the lockbox at the house and get it to the buyer.

I usually communicate via joint text so everyone knows what is going on every step of the way. We can have separate live
meetings and phone calls depending on the situation but I find it works best to get the home sold when everyone is on the
same page and apprised of all details.
