Willow Glen Update; March 12, 2010

I saw a couple fantastic new Willow Glen listings on the realtor tour this week…

1482 Curtis really caught me by surprise. It’s across Minnesota towards Nevada, an area with lots of high-end homes. It’s a 4/3 listed for $1.45M. My favorite part of it is the beautiful bocce ball court complete with granite counter for your beverage of choice. Obviously way beyond great for entertaining.

My favorite new listing has to be 1184 Nevada Ave. It’s an amazing house — 5,761 square feet on an 11,076 square foot lot, just two years old listed for $2,895,000. It has a very “manly” feel from the outside with lots of stonework. Inside, it’s got high-end details from the lighting to the solid natural wood doors. There’s a TV in the bathroom that neatly retracts into the ceiling! There’s lots of room for fun and games too, with a game room for the kids and plenty of space for entertaining. It’s beautiful — I could SOOOO live there!
