• Post information and pictures of your property on up to eight websites including MLS.
• Announce the availability of your property with a mailing to a list of potential buyers.
• Promote your property directly to a network of over 50 real estate agents and brokers.
• Personally invite neighbors to your first open house so they can tell any friends or family members that they know are in the market.

• Create ideal environment for showcasing your property with music, fresh-baked cookies, and lighting.
• Personal invitations to potential buyers, neighbors and friends.
• Fresh baked cookies and soft music.
• I personally attend almost all of my open houses.

Coordinating the Transaction

• Manage the completion and processing of all contracts and paperwork
• Manage inspections, paperwork, and negotiations (my personal favorite) with direct communication with you.
• Keep you informed about all aspects of the process.
