Funny things out there in Real Estate!
Last week I was out and about previewing homes in a nice area of Willow Glen and came across this funny placard on someone’s front lawn…I had to snap a picture!
I wonder if they have a specific dog that has found an interest in their yard or they feel that all dogs have. Just finding the humor in my day and thought I would share.

Lots of dogs were loving my front lawn, and their owners were not being very responsible. With an 18 month old son that likes to play outside, this was becoming a problem. Dog owners who clean up after your dogs – thank you! Those of you who don’t, shame on you.

That is a wonderfully creative way to curb abesent-minded (aka lazy) pet owners. I love it! There is a marketing opportunity in that for a local real estate agent. If I could come up with a catch-phrase that’s “g” rated I’d share
