Dear Holly,
Steve and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful services you provided us as our realtor this summer. Without a doubt, you have climbed the ranks as our ‘favorite realtor’! Your ability to balance professionalism while taking care to personally attend to our family’s specific needs constantly amazed us, making the entire house selling and buying experience fun and virtually stress-free.

From the moment we first began the process with you, Steve and I felt confident in your ability to help us meet our goal of selling our home quickly and at asking price. We were impressed with your creative, yet aggressive marketing strategies and your understanding of the local real estate market and trends. Certainly, the advice you offered to prepare our house for sale in a depressed market was a key factor in our success and we appreciated the lengths you went through to ensure our home improvements were made in a timely and cost-effective fashion. It was through such efforts that we can proudly say we received multiple full-priced offers within hours of entering the market, which resulted in a sale price above the asking!

We particularly appreciated the personal care and attention we received from you throughout the entire housing transaction process. From helping us to find the most competitive mortgage rate to ensuring our flowers were watered while we were away on vacation, you certainly established yourself as a full-service realtor. Your willingness to accommodate our scheduling needs, to work around our professional and child-care restrictions, allowed us to stay motivated and to succinctly execute important tasks at hand. I am not aware of any other realtor who makes house calls after 8PM when the children have gone to bed. Providing fresh cut flower arrangements and homemade cookies during open houses are just two more examples of the lengths you go to for your clients, and part of what sets you apart from other individuals in the industry.
