I have shown them twice. I think Meridian hurts them as you can get a similar home without Meridian behind it for the price. Malaga remains a mystery to me. It has been on for 49 days and buyers usually approach short sales in this type of situation with a lower offer. I am happy to look into it more if you are interested.
